Policy

Sheridan Surgical Inc. provides delivery of products via US Mail and UPS delivery services.  The organization ensures the following:

 

  • Recipient is aware and agrees to all shipping, handling or other charges.
  • Recipient receives appropriate educational materials within the shipment for use of the product(s) and any relevant contact numbers or additional education or assistance.
  • Tracking mechanisms are in place to ensure that the product(s) are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner.
  • The organization provides a clear process for return or replacement of item(s) sent and recipient is aware of all policies and procedures for return or replacement of the product(s) received.
  • Shipping charges may vary due to weight, dimensions, and carrier price increases.

 

Procedures

Sheridan Surgical, Inc. provides delivery service through the US Mail services and UPS. 

All products are shipped from the store. For items that are in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for your item(s) to be shipped to you. For items that are not in stock, please allow 7-10 business days for your item(s) to be shipped to you. Curbside and in-store pickup is available for all in-stock items.

The customer service department makes sure the customer is aware of all shipping and handling charges and agrees to pay all shipping when placing the order. Any educational materials for product(s) are shipped with the product(s). Information on return and replacement policies for product(s) as well as relevant contact numbers if the customer is in need of additional information or assistance is included in the shipment.

 

USPS and UPS orders can be tracked. However, the customer is informed at the time of order the approximate shipping and advised to contact Sheridan Surgical, Inc. if the product does not arrive in a timely manner, or to request tracking information. The order forms are then scanned into the Fastrack computerized billing system and filed under billing sheet.
